Wij gaan er met ons viertjes een geweldige reis van maken.
Hieronder stellen wij ons voor.

MARIE-LOUISE:

Namasté,

In a couple of days I hope to fulfil my desire to visit NMG.
Therefore I’d like to shortly introduce myself:
My name is Marie-Louise Roksnoer (57). I am the mother of a  daughter, Lodi (26), and a son, Tycho (24).

In my 38 years as a teacher, I’ve always worked together  with children with special needs. I feel fortunate having chosen this. It’s a  choice I still not regret.
In 2000, I started working at the Mytylschool Roosendaal as  a peripatetic teacher.
Here, I help students with a disability or chronicle disease  from secondary schools as well as those in vocational education.
Further on, I assist their teachers in dealing with the problems of these students. I also
support the students in their search for a suitable job.
Finally, I am looking forward to a fruitful and  bi-directional learning period with the people of NMG and ECEC and seeing you  soon.

MARLEEN:

Hello,

My name is  Marleen van Oosterhout and I’m 26 years old. I’m working at Mytylschool Roosendaal as a psychologist for almost 4,5 years now. My job is to monitor the development of the children in the age of 4 – 13 years. When there are questions or problems about the development, I will advise the teachers or the parents. Depending on how clear the question or the problem is, there can be a  need to investigate the question or problem, for example by doing some tests or observations. Also when a new student wants to present at the school, I will arrange all what is needed to start with following education at our school.

I’m really  looking forward to visit Nepal en NMG. I’m curious about how the development of  your students is being monitored, especially the development of the children  with special needs. Of course I hope to see something more about the nature and  culture of Nepal as well.

Namasté!!

NIENKE:

Namasté,

My name is Nienke Hoogerbrugge and I’m 28 years old. (Not
for long, because when I visit Nepal, I hope to celebrate my 29th
birthday!) I’m a teacher at primary school ‘De Kroevendonk’ and I teach
children in the age of 9 to 11 years old. I love to learn and help children
when they grow up. I believe each child is special and has its own talents.

When I visit Nepal, I hope to learn more about your
country, culture and education. I’m curious about the colors and beauty of your  country and hope to discover it. I would also like to visit your school, NMG,  and learn more about the education in Nepal. Because of my interest in  children’s play, I’d like to learn more about children’s play in their breaks  at NMG. I hope there are more things I can help with during my visit.

Something about myself… In my spare time I’d like to  volunteer on a farm where I’m coaching children with all kinds of problems,  with the help of horses. I also love riding my own horses, an exciting book to
read and play piano.

I’m looking forward to meet you and Nepal!

Gerard:

 Namasté

I am the principal and chairman of the board of the Mytylschool at Roosendaal.  I am 55 years   old, married and father of two kids.

In 2008, the very first time I visited Nepal, it was in the beginning of our project Blue Bird.   The happiness and kindness of the people and the kids of NMG overwhelmed me.

And now I am very curious to see how things are. I will look now which questions and wishes there are for us to sponsor our project in the nearest future.  I am also very eager to see the students and the staff again and very curious to see how they are doing.

I am looking forward to the see and meet Nepal again.

    Hallo Allemaal,

    Annette
